JOINER, Judge.

Richard Tolbert pleaded guilty to the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, namely dihydroeodeinone (brand name Lortab), in violation of § 13A-12-212, Ala.Code 1975. Tolbert was sentenced to 15 years’ imprisonment pursuant to the Alabama Habitual Felony Offender Act. Tolbert’s sentence was suspended, and he was placed on five years’ probation. Tolbert was ordered to pay court costs, a $100 erime-victims-compensation assessment, a $100 forensic-trust assessment, and a $1,000 drug-demand-reduction assessment, to be retaxed upon completion of *748a drug-rehabilitation course.…
