—Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Walter Tolub, J.), entered December 22, 1999, which, inter alia, granted plaintiff’s motion to confirm the referee’s report, which recommended that child support not be increased and that the parties’ pro rata obligations for college tuition and expenses be set at 58.3% for plaintiff and 41.7% for defendant, and awarded plaintiff $1,000 in attorneys’ fees, unanimously *341modified, on the law and the facts, to reduce defendant’s pro rata share of college tuition and related expenses to 37% and to increase plaintiffs share to 63%, and to eliminate the award…
