In this probate proceeding, Sam Ashe, the husband of the deceased Esther Ashe, filed a petition which sought (1) to classify a certain brokerage account as a joint tenancy, and thus petitioner’s separate property as the surviving tenant, and (2) to classify certain real property as community property.
