The defendant the Cobre Grande Company, which for brevity we will refer to as the Cobre Company, is a corporation organized under the laws of the Territory of Arizona, as is also the defendant the Phcenix National Bank. The defendant the Greene Consolidated Copper Company, which may be referred to as the Greece Company, is a West Virginia corporation.
