HUTCHESON, Circuit Judge.

The Board proceeding, out of which this petition comes, involves a small cotton mill located in Moultrie, Georgia, employing approximately 112 people, mostly women. It grew out of the efforts of the Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America, affiliated with the Textile Workers Organizing Committee, and the Committee for Industrial Organization (referred to throughout the proceedings, as the union or the T.
