TERRY, Associate Judge:

The only issue before us in these appeals is whether the trial court erred in granting appellee’s motion to assess costs and attorney’s fees against a bond posted by appellants. We find no error and affirm the trial court’s order.

Donald Taylor and Gloria Taylor, husband and wife, owned a house on Seventh Street, N.W.
