MORRISON, Presiding Judge.

The offense is indecent exposure; the punishment, 15 years.

Prosecutrix, a nine-year old girl who lived in the southern part of the city of Austin, testified that on the day in question she and her seven-year old brother Melvin were returning from a filling station in the neighborhood of her home where they had bought some ice cream when they passed a building where she noticed the appellant dressed in painter’s clothes; that they asked him where the man was who had the black dog, and the appellant replied that he was not there and further told them that he was there…
