This was an action for the specific performance of a contract for the sale of real estate. Issues were joined on the petition of plaintiff Hering and the separate answer of defendant Emma Simon. The general finding of the trial court was, in substance, that the facts adduced in evidence did not warrant a specific enforcement of the contract, hut that they did warrant its annulment and cancelation, and a decree was entered annulling and canceling the contract.
