This case is before the Court on Defendant Hellmuth, Obata & Kassabaum, Inc.’s (“HOK”) Notice of Removal (Doc. 1), Plaintiff Clark Construction, Inc.’s (“Clark”) Motion For Remand (Doc. 22), and HOK’s Memorandum in Opposition to Plaintiffs Motion for Remand (Doc. 31).
