This matter comes before the Court on Defendant’s, the United States Department of Labor (“Labor”), second Motion for Leave to File the Remand Results Out of Time and Plaintiffs’ Motion for NAFTA-TAA Certification, Reasonable Attorney’s Fees, and Dismissal of the Case. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 19 U.S.C. § 2395(c)(2000) and 28 U.S.C. 1581(d)(l)(2000). For the reasons set forth below, this Court grants Defendant’s second Motion for Leave to File the Remand Results Out of Time.
