—In a proceeding, inter alia, for leave to serve a late notice of claim pursuant to General Municipal Law § 50-e (5), the Westchester County Medical Center and County of Westchester appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Colabella, J.), entered August 22, 1995, as granted the petition to the extent of granting leave to serve a late notice of claim on behalf of the infant petitioner.

Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, as a matter of discretion, with costs, and the petition is denied.
