Simpson Plielps was a member of tbe Bar and apparently continued to practice Ms profession until a few days before Ms death., which occurred on December 19, 1937. At that time he was over seventy years, of age, and for some years previously had been subject to moments of forgetfulness and guilty of idiosyncracies of conduct which caused many people, including two physicians, one of whom had treated Mm, to believe that his mental faculties were impaired.
