The plaintiff herein seeks by the present bill to have two certain deeds declared fraudulent as to. him, and to have the title and interest of defendants in the lands covered thereby sold to satisfy a judgment in his favor for some $4416.57, rendered in April, 1878, against defendant John L. Jackson, as administrator of the estate of one Jacob Fudge, deceased.
