OPINION AND ORDER

GORENSTEIN, United States Magistrate Judge.

On November 14, 2002, this Court issued a decision granting in part and denying in part defendants’ motion for summary judgment. See Meyers v. Epstein, 232 F.Supp.2d 192 (S.D.N.Y.2002). The plaintiffs have now moved in limine with respect to certain evidence they wish to offer in the trial of this matter. The facts underlying this case are fully set forth in the Court’s prior decision and will not be repeated here except to the extent necessary to resolve the instant motion.
