The declaration in this case contains three counts. The first count alleges, that whereas, the defendant was in possession of certain described premises as tenant of the plaintiffs, it wrongfully contriving etc. to injure the plaintiffs in their reversionary interests therein, while the same were in the possession of the defendant• as aforesaid, on, to wit: July 17, 1907, wantonly tore down, demolished and carried away a frame depot of the value of $1000, then and there being on said premises and converted the same to its own use.…
