MEMORANDUM OPINION
MARK B. McFEELEY, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter came before the Court for trial on the merits of the complaint to determine dischargeability of debt filed by MIDI Music Center, Inc., dba Lowrey Contemporary Keyboards (Lowrey). Lowrey seeks to have a debt owed to it held to be nondischargeable. The case is unusual in that the conduct complained of was committed by the debtor’s spouse, who is not a party to this proceeding.
