—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from two judgments convicting him, upon his respective pleas of guilty, of criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree (Penal Law § 165.45) and attempted assault in the second degree (Penal Law §§ 110.00, 120.05 [7]). With respect to the plea in appeal No. 1, we conclude that County Court did not abuse its discretion in refusing to permit defendant to withdraw his plea where, as here, “his bare claim [s] of innocence w[ere] unsupported by the record and contrary to his admission[s] during the plea proceeding”…
