PUDLOWSKI, Judge.

Roger C. Held (Husband) appeals the property distribution portion of the trial court’s judgment dissolving his marriage to Aimee B. Held (Wife).

Our review is guided by the oft-cited principles of Murphy v. Carrón, 536 S.W.2d 30 (Mo. banc 1976). On review of a court-tried case, we sustain the judgment of the trial court unless there is no substantial evidence to support it, it is against the weight of the evidence, it erroneously declares the law or erroneously applies it.
