OPINION

DUNCAN, Judge.

This record presents an interlocutory appeal filed by the State pursuant to Rule 9 of the Tennessee Rules of Appellate Procedure, after the trial court had granted the defendant’s motion to suppress the results of a blood alcohol test on the grounds that the defendant had been illegally arrested.

The issue before us is whether the trial court erred in suppressing the results of the blood alcohol test. We find that it did.
