This appeal is from a judgment rendered in favor of respondents, plaintiffs below, and *36against appellants, defendants below, in tbe sum of $2,624.45,. found by tbe trial court to be tbe amount due under the terms of a party-wall agreement made by the predecessors in interest of the respective parties in March, 1904.
