ORDER ON APPEAL FROM DECISION OF BANKRUPTCY COURT
McKINNEY, District Judge.
This cause comes before the district court on the appeal of the trustee from an adverse decision of the bankruptcy court in a Chapter 7 proceeding. The Court, having read the briefs submitted by the parties and being duly advised of the issue in need of resolution, REVERSES the decision of the bankruptcy court and REMANDS this cause for further proceedings consistent with this Order.
