OPINION

SWEET, District Judge.

This is one of several actions arising out of an Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) investigation of Dr. Aldo Gucci (“Gucci”) and Gucci Shops, Inc. (“Gucci Shops”) for the years 1979, 1980 and 1981. 1 On December 29, 1983, the IRS served upon The Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A. (“Chase”) an administrative summons requesting production on January 30, 1984 of records relating to accounts maintained by Garpeg, Ltd.
