Jonathan Fisk died on December 5th, 1812. - He left a will dated January 28th, 1868, in which, after making certain bequests, he proceeded as follows:
*196“Fifth. It is my will and I do hereby give, devise and beqúeath unto my beloved wife, Mary A. Fisk, the income, rents and dividends of all the rest and residue of my estate whatsoever, and wheresoever it may be, for and during the full term of her natural life.
