The People appeal from an order granting defendant’s motion under Penal Code section 9951 to set aside the indictment charging him with possession of forged *62cheeks. (Pen. Code, § 475a.) The Attorney General contends that the evidence adduced before the grand jury was sufficient to hold defendant to answer. Defendant contends that because the only evidence before the grand jury was the direct product of an illegal search, it was insufficient.
