THOMPSON, Judge.
C.M. (“the mother”) filed in the Juvenile Court of Mobile County a petition seeking to adjudicate the paternity of C.D.L. (“the child”) to determine whether B.S.L. was the child’s father. In her petition, the mother also asked the juvenile court to award her child support in an amount to be determined by the application of the Rule 32, Ala. R. Jud. Admin., child-support guidelines.
