This is an appeal from an order by the president judge of Armstrong County sitting in the juvenile court, adjudging appellant, a boy of thirteen years, to be a delinquent child, and committing him to the Pennsylvania Training School at Morganza. On May 4, 1923, appellant was arrested on a charge of involuntary manslaughter. A hearing was waived and the case was returned to the next term of the Court of Quarter Sessions of Armstrong County, beginning the third week of June, 1923.
