I. Introduction & Facts
This cause is before the court on a Motion to Remand, filed by the Plaintiff, Norman J. Crawford on July 2,1997.
The Plaintiff originally filed his Complaint in the Circuit Court of Montgomery County on April 17, 1997. He brings claims on behalf of himself and a class of persons similarly situated for (1) breach of contract, (2) fraud, (3) theft by deception, and (4) quasi contract and unjust enrichment.
