On November 1, 1915, the plaintiff instituted an action against E.P. Kelly, Paul LeMarquand, A. LeMarquand, W. LeDoux, F.G. Bonfils, Harry Tammen and Empress Theatre Company, a corporation, under our forcible entry and unlawful detainer statutes, for the possession of certain premises situated in Kansas City.
