ALEXANDER, District Judge.

This is an appeal from the court of thé United States Commissioner (and ex-officio Probate Judge) for the Territory of Alaska, Juneau Commissioner’s Precinct, in the above-entitled matter, from an order entitled “Order Setting Aside Purported Will Admitted to Probate and Decree Admitting the Claims of Erik Einar Krister Lof*540skog and Svanhild Sally Vilhelmina Abrahamson as sole heirs thereto,” made by the judge of said court on February 9, 1938.
