This was a bill filed by defendant in error in the circuit court of Fulton county for an injunction against plaintiffs in error to restrain them from interfering with his possession of certain real- estate. He also asked for the specific performance of an oral contract to convey the legal title to this property and for an accounting, and that plaintiffs in error be restrained from prosecuting certain litigation.
