OPINION
PETERSON, Judge.
In this appeal from summary judgment, appellants challenge the district court’s dismissal of their claims against respondents for discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation in violation of the Minnesota Human Rights Act (MHRA), Minn.Stat. §§ 363A.01-.41 (2008). Because the district court did not err in determining that (1) there were no genuine issues of material fact and that judgment was appropriate as a matter of law under a disparate-treatment theory of proof; and (2) a disparate-impact theory of proof is not available for claims arising under the…
