In this petition for certiorari, Miami-Dade County (“the County”) seeks quashal of the trial court’s order denying its motion for summary judgment. Because Timothy Miller’s (“Miller”) negligence action against the County is not legally authorized, we have jurisdiction, see Miami-Dade County v.
