Victor Patterson [Petitioner] seeks a writ of mandamus and a writ of prohibition to prevent respondents, county court judges appointed to the Domestic Violence Department of the Family Division of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court [Department], from hearing domestic violence injunction cases.
