The bill in this case was filed by the Yew Orleans Debenture Redemption Company, Limited, against P. L. Richardson, as receiver of the American National Bank, to collect $1,638.60, which the company had deposited in the bank. The bill also embraced a claim l'or $1,152, the proceeds of certain collections made by the bank for the plaintiff, but that part of the claim has been settled since the suit was brought.
