Per Curiam,
The defendant was convicted of carrying a concealed deadly weapon, in violation of the provisions of the Act of March 18, 1875, P. L. 33, section 1. There was no doubt that the defendant, when arrested, had the revolver in his overcoat pocket. The offense consists in carrying such a weapon concealed “With the intent therewith unlawfully and maliciously to do injury to any other person;” and the statute expressly provides that: “The jury trying the case may infer such intent as aforesaid, from the fact of the said defendant carrying such weapon in the manner aforesaid.” When the…
