The facts necessary to present the questions of law involved in this case may be stated rather briefly. There is no need to consider in detail the appellants’ motion to correct which largely concerns immaterial matters. Such material corrections as should be made are incorporated in the following statement. On May 14th, 1912, the plaintiff owned a two and one half acre lot in New Britain on which was situated his home.
