The plaintiff corporation, Atlanta Suburbia Estates, sought specific performance of a written contract to buy land. The defendants, who are sellers or successors in interest, moved for summary judgment, and appeal the order of the trial judge overruling their motion, which he certified for direct appeal. Held:
