I. INTRODUCTION

This declaratory judgment action is presently before the Court on the Court’s September 12, 2014 Order to Show Cause directing Plaintiff Auto-Owners Insurance Company to show cause in writing why this case should not be dismissed for lack of federal subject matter jurisdiction.
