OPINION

Appellant Garvin Park, Administrator, is appealing from the “Order Approving Final Payments” in the Estate of Jennie Pos-pishill Hominick, Deceased. The order was entered by the Judge of the county court of Wharton County on September 25, 1974. Notice of appeal was filed by appellant on September 25. The attorney for appellant tendered the transcript to the Clerk of this Court for filing on November 25, 1974.
