This appeal involves applications for attorneys’ fees under a consent judgment entered in a case arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e to e-17. The issues presented for decision are:(1) Whether the district court erred in awarding attorneys’ fees to the Plaintiffs’ Monitoring Committee (PMC), an entity created under the terms of the consent judgment to assure its enforcement, for time spent by PMC counsel
