This is an appeal from an order of the Circuit Court of Waukesha County, Robert G. Mawdsley, Circuit Judge, refusing to vacate that part of the divorce judgment awarding attorney fees and a mortgage lien to Patrice Stasey's attorney, Kathleen Ortman Miller. We accepted this appeal on certification from the court of appeals pursuant to sec. (Rule) 809.61, Stats. 1989-90.
