Akram Abd v. State of Indiana
Indiana Court of Appeals
1Opinion of the Court
Baker, Judge.
[1] Akram Abd appeals his convictions *627 for one count of Murder 1 and one count of Level 5 Felony Robbery, 2 arguing that (1) the evidence was insufficient to support the convictions; (2) the trial court improperly admitted character evidence when its prejudicial effect outweighed its probative value; and (3) the trial court erroneously provided an incomplete jury instruction. Finding that the evidence was sufficient and that there was no fundamental error regarding the evidence and the instruction, we affirm.
