The three defendants were found guilty on all complaints, after trial before a judge of the Municipal Court of the City of Boston, as follows. Isaac Richards: disorderly person, G. L. c. 272, § 53; drinking intoxicating liquor in public in violation of a city ordinance; assault and battery on a police officer, G. L. c. 265, § 13D. James A. Richards: disorderly person, G. L. c. 272, § 53; assault and battery on a police officer, two counts, G. L. c. 265, § 13D. Ocie Elder: disorderly person, G. L. c. 272, § 53; assault and battery on a police officer, two counts, G.
