BEAM, Circuit Judge.
A jury convicted Clayton Brown of possessing cocaine base (crack) with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) & 841(b)(l)(B)(iii). On appeal, Brown argues the trial court 1 should have granted his motion to suppress and the government’s evidence was legally insufficient. We affirm.
I. BACKGROUND
