GRUBB, District Judge.
This is a suit filed by the plaintiff to compel the defendant, the North Alabama Assets Company, to convey to it the legal title to an undivided one-half interest in certain real estate described therein, upon the idea that the defendant mentioned holds the legal title to said undivided interest in trust for the plaintiff. The right of the plaintiff to compel the conveyance to it depends upon the interpretation of a contract that was entered into between the plaintiff’s attorneys and the said defendant, by the terms of which a division of the land involved was provided…
