An information in the nature of a quo warranto was filed by the Attorney General in the circuit court of McLean county on the relation of Euliss Shireman Paxton against the Bloomington Cemetery Association, a corporation. Defendant filed two special pleas, to which demurrers were sustained. Defendant stood by its pleas and declined to plead further. The court entered an order assessing a fine of one dollar and ousting the corporation exercising the powers complained of. From that judgment defendant has prosecuted an appeal.
