This matter came on for hearing on defendants’ motion for a protective order against the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to preclude it from making further allegedly improper comments about defendants and their business activities (File Entry # 107). The defendants contend the FTC or its agents have made improper press releases that if continued could destroy the defendants’ business and the defendants’ existence as corporate or other legal entities.
