THIS CASE came before the Court for hearing to consider the Motion for Remand or, in the Alternative, to Abstain filed by Shelby Hill.
The Debtor, Kathleen Brooks, filed a petition under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code on September 26, 2007. On January 30, 2008, the Debtor filed a Notice of Removal in connection with her Chapter 7 case.
