The petitioner, Vance Johnson, appeals from the judgment of the habeas court denying his most recent post-conviction petition for a writ of habeas corpus alleging that he had received ineffective assistance of counsel both in his underlying criminal trial and in two earlier habeas corpus proceedings challenging the lawfulness of his underlying conviction.
