G. W. Hull was an employee of the Acme Brick Company, a corporation, engaged in the manufacture of brick at Bennett, near the western boundary of Parker county. Hull was injured while handling a scraper. The driver of the team hit the horses, and they plunged forward, jerked the scraper around, and the handle of the scraper hit the plaintiff below on his leg, and he was thrown some distance, and was badly injured.
